Mobvoi launches TicWatch Pro X
Mobvoi is revamping its brand to new areas. The company has launched the “new” smartwatch for the Chinese market. Mobvoi TicWatch Pro X is official for China, but there are many similarities to TicWatch Pro 3 GPS, which launched (and we reviewed) last year.
TicWatch Pro X is powered by Snapdragon Wear 4100 platform with aired 1GB RAM and 8GB onboard storage. It has support for SPO2 sensors, heart rate monitoring, exercise tracking, SPO2 (oxygen) sensors, NFC, IP68 water resistance, and LTE networks through eSIM.
The TicWatch Pro X ۾ bit has a 1.39-inch AMOLED screen with a secondary low-power FSTN LCD screen. By using the same screen and low power chip, it can monitor sleep, step, and heart rate using essential modes, which can last up to 45 days in some cases. Watch Smart Mode is powered by Wear OS, and this mode can last for up to 4 days.
We recently saw a new smartwatch from the Mobvoi leak during an inbox video of an Italian YouTuber called TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra GPS. It appears as a YouTuber box on the SmartWatch similar to TicWatch Pro X which launches in China, even with eSIM support. The TicWatch Pro X is pre-sold on JD.com for CNY 1,999 (~ $ 310) and will eventually go up to CNY 2,399 ($ 371) when it goes on sale.
Mobvoi is also reportedly working on some new smartwatches. In addition, TicWatch Pro 3 also works on Ultra Vent, Mobvoi TicWatch GTH +, and TicWatch GTH Pro. Earlier evidence of the Mobvoi app’s APK was blowing the ear warp spot. This downwind reveals that GH GTH Smart Watches offers some advanced heart rate monitoring features. Check out this report here.
