The Huawei Mate 50
Back in June, reports claimed that Huawei is not any longer getting to issue a flagship flag for the P50 series, which was launched back in July. It has been reported and highly anticipated that Huawei will not release the appropriate MET series, possibly due to US Huawei restrictions and supply chain sanctions for no apparent reason.
A new report from a senior DSC expert (Display Supply Chain Consultants) claims that the flagship of the Mate series remains planned to be released within the fourth of this year. According to expert, Dwayne Naranjo, (via Fast Technology) is going to be releasing the Huawei Mate 50 series sometime in October.
There is now a Global Launch Ceremony set for Huawei on October 21st at 3 PM in Vienna, Austria. Although the company has not revealed what device it intends to launch in October, we are under the impression that Huawei is launching the global P50 series Pfor global markets from China.
Last week’s teaser showed a device that looks like the P50 Pro, but the report is questioning whether it might be the next Mate series. Upon closer inspection, the lowest point of the latest teaser camera bump is above the volume rocker, which does not match the P50 series, assuring us that this may be a completely new phone.
Regardless of whether or not it arr, the availability of a new Mate series can be quite limited. At this juncture, we do not know which reports believing. We can only wait until October 21 to see if Huawei planning is planning global markets.
Not much has been revealed about the aesthetics and design of the Mate series since the latest teaser, but we’re hoping to see a camera set up or better on the Huawei P50 series. It is also possible for Qualcomm chips, which Huawei managed to run on the vanilla P50 model that was running Snapdragon 888.
