Microsoft announces New Surface Laptop a full host of Surface devices. Chief among them was a brand new Surface Laptop Studio, along with updates from members of the Surface lineup.

Surface Laptop Studio is a 2-in-1 device that works as a laptop but can be folded into a tablet-like device.
The Surface Laptop Studio features a 14.4-inch, 2400×1600 resolution touchscreen 120Hz, and Dolby Vision support. The display can be folded in three ways: Laptop, Stage, and Studio. The laptop mode is self-explanatory. Stage mode displays follicles on the display, hides the keyboard, making it ideal for viewing content or playing games. Studio mode flattens the display over the keyboard, for drawing or taking notes in a tablet navigation table.

Surface Laptop Studio supports Microsoft’s new Surface Slim Pan 2 with built-in haptics, which can be loaded under the premises where it is magnetically chewable and in charge when not in use.

The Surface Laptop powers the Studio Quad-core Intel 11th Gen Core i5-11300H and i7-11370H processor, with 16GB or 32GB of memory, and up to 2TB of storage. The basic i5 model comes with Intel Iris Xe integrated graphics, while the i7 variant gets the Nvidia RTX 3050 Ti mobile GPU with 4GB of video memory. The Surface Laptop Studio also gets 2x USB 4.0 ports with Thunderbolt 4 support.

The Surface Laptop Studio starts at $ 1600. Pre-orders will begin and the device will be shipped on October 5th.

The new Surface Pro 8 receives a bigger 13-inch, 2880×1920 display with 120Hz support (set to 60Hz default) and Dolby Vision. It offers a dual-core i3-1115G4, quad-core Core i5-1145G7, or quad-core Core i7-1185G7 processor with up to 32GB of RAM and removable 1TB SSD. Surface Pro 8 also has 2x USB 4.0 / Thunderbolt 4 ports.

The front camera has been updated to support 1080p video and the 10MP camera on the rear is capable of 4K recording. The Surface Pro 8 has a dual-field microphone, with a 2W speaker Dolby Atmos. It also supports Surface Slim Pen 2.

The Surface Pro 8 starts at $ 1100 and is out there for pre-order.
The new Surface Go 3 gets the updated processor model. You can now double it with dual-core Intel Pentium Gold 6500Y or quad-core 10th Gen Intel Core i3-10100Y. The rest of it is the same as the Surface Go 2. It starts at $ 400.

Finally, the Surface Pro X on ARM gets a new Wi-Fi-only model, bringing the starting price to $ 900.
