After months of rumors that finally happened – Apple has eliminated the iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Mini, iPhone 13 Pro, and iPhone 13 Pro Max. But how does the new handset compare with the older, and more importantly, the same?

In terms of looks, things haven’t changed much. Some rumors had suggested that Apple might be positioning the iPhone 12s here and it is easy to see why that could have been.
That’s not to say there are no points to note here, though. Inside, these new iPhones have a lot to offer.

It starts with the new Apple’s A-core A15 Bionic processor, a chip that’s as fast and capable as any iPhone chip that came before it. This will improve gaming and work handling while saving battery life thanks to better performance.

There are no touch IDs here yet, but Face ID will continue. The sketch is smaller than ever, setting the scene so the scene will be completely erased if the rumors of the iPhone 14 are true.

In terms of screen, a new 120Hz ProMotion display has been introduced on iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max devices. It allows a variable refresh rate of 10-120Hz when needed, but gives the iPhone a chance to give it a dot when it’s not in a position to save power.

The cameras have improved, as you would expect. The sensors are much better, with higher ultra-wide sensors, with macro mode up to 2cm on ad models. Night mode is also available on all three lenses. The high-end models also support Apple ProRes video recording, so you might want to watch the iPhone with a ton of storage. This is the first year a 1TB iPhone has been offered, with no 64GB version available. IPods start at least 128GB of storage from here.

The iPhone 13 also matters significantly in terms of battery life. “The iPhone 13 Pro will run slightly longer and longer hours in one day than the iPhone 12 Pro, and the iPhone 13 Pro Max will run in one day and hourly the last hour compared to the iPhone 12 Pro Max.
